Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Contact us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
Web analysis with Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by adjusting your cookie consent (see below) accordingly.
We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only rough localisation is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on commissioned data processing. The data is deleted regularly (currently every 26 months).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website.
Google reCaptcha
Our website uses the reCaptcha service from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to protect against spam and abusive interactions via email. When using our contact form, reCaptcha is automatically activated. User data such as your IP address, browser data, operating system and possibly other data is collected by Google in order to distinguish real users from bots. If you do not wish to do so, please use your own e-mail programme to send us a message by e-mail. The legal basis is Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the security of our users and the prevention of unwanted emails. Further information on Google’s data protection policy can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer, withdraw and object to the data we have stored about you. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with us or the data protection authority.
